How to setup a Production in Microsoft Teams.

This video include many of the basic settings that will be familiar the more you work with AI Producer.  Watch the whole video to get an overview of the content. Chapters in the video:

  1. Set up Meeting, add participants. A walk through the basic setup for a Production.
  2. Edit Meeting, add AI Producer. To make a Broadcast, you need to add the AI Producer app to the Broadcast meeting – where the production takes place.
  3. Set up AI Producer. Here starts the general setup of AI Producer.
  4. Choose Production Format. Pick the Production format that suits your needs.
  5. Assign Producers. Decide who
    will be Producers of the meeting. They can also act as Presenters.
  6. Select Presenters, Edit name. Add all the participants who will be visible during the Broadcast as Presenters, and Edit Name and Title of the Presenters. This will be visible as Overlays in the production.
  7. Select Destinations. Set one, or several, destinations for the Broadcast.
  8. Brand the Production. Ensure the production is aligned with your branding.
  9. Select Layout Set. Decide what Layout Set to use for the Production.
  10. Set Production tempo. Decide a production tempo for AI Producer.
  11. Pick Playout Videos. Select videos you want to share in the production.
  12. Select Bumpers. Pick the Bumpers for the production.
